1) If we have to extract the upper 3rd molar without infection due to ortho case what anesthetic technique would be better to choose? Infiltration buccal+palatal? If the 3rd molar is impacted should we also provide two infiltrations?

2) If we have to extract 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 without infection what anesthetic technique would be better to choose? Infraorbital nerve block + 3 palatal infiltration? Or one palatal infiltration + greater palatine nerve block? 3) If we need to do Class II restorative treatment for tooth 3.7 what anesthetic technique would be better to choose? Should we assume that it is class II and we have to put a wedge so we need both IANB and long buccal? Or it is overthinking and in that case just pick IANB?
