The services that Scholars Dental provide to you are subject to the following Terms of Use.

Upon registration and payment of full course fees, you are entitled to

  • Access to all services provided by Scholars Dental for a specific course as per the agreement and course outline;

  • Attending the total number of sessions offered for a specific course in accordance with the Schedule and outline published on the website.



When using Scholars Dental Services, for example, and not as a limitation, you agree that you will not:

  • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

  • Post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

  • Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose

  • Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.

  • Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Scholars Dental® utilizes your personal information for the provision of products and services to you as well as for the purposes of managing Scholars Dental® business operations. Furthermore, as a course registrant, I acknowledge and consent to Scholars Dental® occasionally publishing, reproducing, digitalizing, displaying, and otherwise using, (a) my name, image , likeness, voice, and (b) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, and audiovisual materials of myself in an manner, form, or format on the Internet, and for the purpose of advertising or promotion of Scholars Dental® services without further consent from or payment to me.

Registrants may refuse or withdraw consent to use and disclosure of their personal information at any time, in written format, subject to contractual and other legal obligations. However, doing so may preclude entitlement to particular benefits, sessions, or services without compensation or reimbursement in any form.

Scholars Dental and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved.
 
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logo, artwork, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, contained on this website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Scholars Dental, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You may use information on this website purposely made available by Scholars Dental for downloading from the Site, provided that you

COURSE FEES:

The following terms are applicable to course fees and charges

  • The advertised course fees are subject to change without notice;

  • Any change in fees will not impact registered students for that particular course;



REFUND POLICY AND WITHDRAWAL FROM COURSES:

  • 35% of course fees will be deducted if withdrawn 4 to 6 weeks prior to course start date.

 

  • 50% of course fees will be deducted if withdrawn 2 to 4 weeks prior to course start date.

 

  • No refund of course fees will be refunded if withdrawn 2 weeks or less prior to course start date.

  • No refund of course fees will be refunded if course material have been shipped or picked up.

​

  • There will be no refunds of payments for withdrawals following course commencement.

​

  • Transfer of payments from one course to the following course cycle is permitted within the first 2 weeks (transfer fees apply).

Scholars Dental provides you with the ability to pay for enrollment in our courses using a credit card through a third party payment processing service provider and PayPal. Please note that these third party sites – NOT Scholars Dental – collect and process your credit card information The Linked Sites are not under the control of Scholars Dental and Scholars Dental is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Scholars Dental is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Scholars Dental is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Scholars Dental of the site or any association with its operators.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All registrants at Scholars Dental agree to adhere to the code of conduct at all times. This includes but is not limited to the following:
 

  • Exercise common courtesy and professionalism at all times while on Scholars Dental premises or when dealing with staff, instructors, and other trainees. Offensive language and abusive behavior against Scholars Dental staff, instructors, or other trainees will NOT be tolerated;

  • Operate/use Scholars Dental property within the allocated time, with the utmost care, while following the standards and instructions provided by Scholars Dental and/or its instructors.;

  • Video and/or Audio recording during sessions by attendees is prohibited at all times;

  • Refrain from disrupting the instructor or classmates. These disruptions constitute continuous loud side-conversations, playing music, and repetitive questions/arguments with the instructor;

  • Soliciting, advertising for other services, sale of materials, spreading of rumors, and false/misleading instructions that can hamper the class environment or mislead trainees, is strictly prohibited;

  • Receiving instructions/training from anyone other than Scholars Dental instructors without Management’s prior permission is prohibited at all times;

  • Report any behaviors that do not conform to this code of conduct to Scholars Dental management immediately.

  • No part of this course (materials including handouts, questions, mock exams and presentations) may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods.

Violation of these terms of conduct is an offense subject to disciplinary actions and can result in immediate termination from Scholars Dental courses without any refunds.
