I know amoxicillin and metronidazole would be the antibiotics of the first line for the disease.
What about analgesics? Is acetaminophen the first line? Or NSAIDs?

No. The patients complain is usually drifting of teeth or possibly mobility, but pain is not a common presenting feature of aggressive periodontitis. Analgesics are not indicated.
