Suture removal requires antibiotic prophylaxis, but routine endo treatment (without invasion in the periapical tissues) doesn't, am I right?
Also, I would like to ask about an uncontrolled diabetic patient with level of blood sugar >300 mg/dL. Does this patient require antibiotic prophylaxis as immunocompromised patient?

No, I haven't found solid evidence. Thank you!
Yes dear, That's correct. Suture removal requires antibiotic prophylaxis, but routine endo treatment (without invasion in the periapical tissues) doesn't.
As for the Antibiotic prophylaxis for uncontrolled diabetic patients, there is not enough evidence to confidently select this answer. We found NO evidence for it.
Also, usually, such questions will have better answers to choose from.
Did you come across solid evidence for this?
