Which of the following may complicate the extraction of tooth.......?
1. Does 'Isolated tooth' mean tooth which doesn't have an opposite teeth or adjacent teeth?
Which of the following may complicate the root canal treatment on tooth.......?
2. Severe caries usually accompany tooth fracture. If I find a tooth with severe caries, and some structure doesn't exist, do I need to choose both caries and tooth fracture or just caries? (I wonder if tooth fracture means tooth structural fracture without caries.)
@KH LEE 1. Isolated tooth usually means "no adjacent teeth" and a common case is the "isolated upper second molar" that it could be associated with bone fracture during extraction. 2. I am not sure what you mean, if you have these kind of confusions, choose the straight forward option that is clearly seen in the xray. If you can show me the specific template you are referring to I can be more helpful. :)
